UZMAKSAN velcro fastener pressure machine applies velcro fastening to profile channels and secures it firmly in place. This system is used in roller blind systems.
- Performs velcro fastener compression into the profile channel.
- The velcro fastener spool is mounted on the machine shaft.
- The band end is guided onto the profile through various rollers in a single pass.
- If there is adhesive under the velcro fastener, the protective backing under the band is wound onto a separate powered roller. This eliminates material waste.
