UZMAKSAN wrapping machines perform the packaging process of your profile by covering the entire profile with nylon quickly. It wraps a 6-meter long profile in just 12 seconds.
- The machine performs dual nylon and paper wrapping processes.
- The maximum width that the profile passes through the disc is 32 cm and the height is 17 cm. If the width is 20 cm, the height increases to 20 cm.
- It has six driven rollers in total, four at the entrance and two at the exit, that drive the profile.
- The conveyor driving the profile and the disc performing the wrapping process are speed-controlled.
- The profile centering is done automatically.
